1．Translator Check-up
  We have carefully selected our translators, who not only have good learning in their professional fields, but also expertise in language translation. With many years of work experiences in international environments, they have already become experienced senior translators in the translation circle. In addition, all translators must attend strict tests on their language level, professional knowledge and career morality before being formally employed by our company. Only those who have passed the tests can be given translation qualification. We are adopting the same methods to recruit our editing and proof-reading personnel. Employees of there three parts compose of the key element of our translation team.

2．Contract Examination and Verification
  We will examine and verify the contract once the client makes order to make sure that we understand every single demand put forward by the client, to make suggestions to him and to check with him with areas that may produce misunderstanding.

3．Translation Allocation
  Good translators need not only language skills but also professional knowledge. We will allocate professional translators with expertise in related industries to translate industrial articles based on client demand.

4．Management Software
  The company has developed the following two kinds of software on its own to assist our work:

  Management Software of Translation Process Control: the software can assist us to rapidly process new translation tasks, to distribute the tasks to translators, proof-readers and editors, to have automatic monitoring and evaluation for ongoing projects, and to help us have timely communication with our clients.

  Client Relationship Management Software: it can allow clients to follow and monitor projects, to get to know the translation process through on-line consultation and to check the translation quality. You may also let us know your opinions to ensure the smooth progress of translation.

  During the working process, we will evaluate the performances of translators and hold meetings to discuss problems encountered during the translation process in order to take measures to make improvement.
